2 · Data we collect
We only process the data needed to provide the service and to reply to you:
- Contact data you provide through the form (name, email, company, type, message).
- Account data when you sign up to the application (email and login credentials).
- Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work (see the Cookie Policy).
The companies you analyze in reports come from official records and public sources, and do not constitute your personal data.

4 · Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is collected: contact requests for up to 24 months, contractual data for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent legal terms. After those periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell your data. We may rely on providers that process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting and email delivery), appointed as data processors, with adequate safeguards and — where necessary — standard contractual clauses for any transfers outside the EU.
6 · Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights set out in articles 15–22 of the GDPR:
- access, rectification and erasure of your data;
- restriction of and objection to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time;
- complaint to the data protection supervisory authority.
